Great place to base ourselves in Tokyo.

Pros: Great location in busy Shinjuku. Comfortable beds and host Albert was very helpful. Close to convenient stores, restaurants and train stations

Cons: Limited space but we expected that for Japan

Lively Location!

Pros: Location was very good. Close to many restaurants especially if you like Korean food. The train station was very close. Plenty of nightlife around!

Cons: Noise at night from the street, especially a siren every night. The toilet was just a regular toilet. Kinda missed the japanese toilet.

We like the place very convenient and rate per night is affordable compared to staying in a hotel

Pros: The property is near Kabukicho and Shinjuko district its walkable and 3 mins away from the train station. Very convenient Daily store is just next to the building, across is Don Quijote, lots of restaurants nearby, Shinjuku Central station is 8 mins away. There are 2 Family Marts just stones throw away. A drug store is just 2 mins away.

Cons: The toilet was not heated.
