Beyond impressed and would happily return!

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay. Incredibly clean room, friendly staff, great location and truly exceeded our expectations. We heard no noise whatsoever and had an incredibly peaceful stay. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone!

Cons: Beds are very firm for our taste, that's our only negative.

Exceeded expectations

Spotless well equipped room close to train station

Pros: The room was spotless, nestled in a quiet street, clearly a higher end neighbourhood compared to the more tourist centric areas. Location was great as it was a 5-7min walk to the Hatchobori station. Many konbinis (7-11, family mart etc) nearby but only found the Rico’s supermarket on our last day, worth going as its slightly cheaper. Conpact room with adequate facilities for our family of 4.

Cons: The bunk bed had a shallow rail, wished there was a taller rail for safety of kids sleeping on the top bunk bed. 2 types of pillows provided, one felt very hard and uncomfortable.

Pros: We really enjoyed staying here. The extra room made a big difference with kids. The reception was 24/7 which was very convenient and we found the staff helpful on the few occasions we had queries. Location is great with a few stations 10 minutes walk away and we enjoyed heading down to the fish markets for breakfast a few times. We also stayed in a Mimaru property in Osaka but enjoyed this one much more.

Pros: Location was close to 3 different stations, close to a convenience store and supermarket, with little cafes and izakayas nearby. It was very easy to speak with all staff as they were all english speakers. They were all very helpful and pleasant. Coffee station and happy our were nice touches. In my 6 day stay I only saw other guests once (while they were checking in), otherwise it was super quiet and peaceful. Room was well equipped, instructions all in english. Personal preference: i loved the pillow and bed! Now I want to get the same!

I hope to stay here again in my next trip to Tokyo.

Pros: I like everything in the room feeling just like home. It is big enough and smartly designed. Staff are friendly and helpful (especially Victoria). 3 different brands of convenience stores are nearby and there is a supermarket too! Location is good as it is just a few minutes walk to Hatchobori Station Exit A2 (elevator). I hope to stay here again in my next trip to Tokyo.

Cons: The swing of the air-condition was out of control.

Pros: -Decent Space in room - All necessary kitchenware -Awesome Staff -Very Clean -Near to Ginza - Above all is the happy hour on Saturday.... truly enjoyed it with other resident guests... sharing experiences

Cons: -Housekeeping should be done daily -Property is away from city hustle bustle.... so people who like chaos... may not like it.
