Pros: The apartment is convenient with everything needed for a short stay available.

Cons: We paid much higher than usual price because it was a peak week, however the check out at 10:00Am is not very convenient.

Close to station and convenience stores. Everything is provided for you to have a comfortable stay.

Pros: Room was very comfortable and the washing machine was a convenient addition which we made used of it. The building is opposite to a supermarket and lots of convenience stores also walking distance. The kids loved the bunk bed. The kitchenette, hand held vacuum, amentities like cotton pads, laundry liquid and cardless entry was very handy. Front desk was helpful and called us a taxi to the airport when we checked out. Location wise it is very close to the Shintomicho station so you can get around pretty easily. It is quiet area but close to all the actions.

Cons: The room had a sensor light just outside the toilet and bathroom door. It just kept turning on when someone walked passed that area so it is distracting for those who are trying to sleep because it shines on their faces. There was no way of disabling that sensor light. The shower also runs out of hot water and runs very cold after a little while. It's strange but it will eventually turn hot again.

Great location, nice rooms; Tidy, but not perfect.

Pros: Great location. A lot of travel options nearby and plenty of restaurants/convenience stores. Room 'normal' Tokyo size, but a bit weird layout. We were a family of 4 (2 boys 8 & 15). They had the bunk beds (we had to make up the lower bed ourselves).

Cons: The lift/room code system is just plain annoying. They'd get 5 stars if it were a conventional swipe / IC card entry system.
