Comfort good space and location for family of 4 with children.

Pros: Comfortable beddings, good space for luggages (considering it’s Tokyo). Desk for my work. Washer/Dryer which is always appreciated. The sofa bed was already setup ready for us.

Great location and good space

Pros: Great location, washing machine in the room was great, clean and spacious, had a great stay

Cons: Reception services are limited so we couldn’t forward bags on the luggage services, but that wasn’t a big deal

Spacious place in excellent location

Pros: Spacious space with kitchen Large shower/bath area with heat (perfect for drying clothes) Lots of windows Excellent Location. Prime and convenient. 5 min walk to Ginza shopping areas/department stores.

Cons: Furniture was a bit dated and worn out with wobbly chairs (the dining table) Lack of rubbish bin around the house (i.e. bathroom) Humidifier would have been great Front desks/staff are not always available (we checked in at 12:30 am and the check in instructions did not work)

Pros: Very comfortable apartment. Perfect for our family. Lovely location, close to station and gorgeous shops.

Excellent location + good facilities but needs to remove redundant furniture

Pros: Great location. Short walking distance to many popular restaurant and shopping areas and located near Metro stations.

Cons: Overall floor layout was spacious for Tokyo standards but I'd prefer they have less furniture to make the living experience feel more spacious. The balcony area wasn't as nice as I had imagined. High ceiling in the kitchen/lounge area made the apartment feel more spacious but might have made the air conditioning less effective as the cold air couldn't be contained in a small area that you normally expect in a hotel room.

Highly recommend this place to stay in Ginza, Tokyo!

Pros: The property was spacious and extremely well appointed. It has all we needed to make the trip comfortable including a washing machine, lots of storage space. Separate toilet to bathroom and separate shower room so getting ready was easy. It was extremely clean.

Cons: Nothing really.
