Great comfy space close to Shinjuku nightlife.

Pros: Great location close to everything needed for a great trip. Host was very helpful. Great instructions on how to use and access the space.

Cons: Most rooms in Japan are quite small and this one isn't an exception to that but still a great place to stay. Otherwise it was a fantastic time. It's on old building but you get what you pay for so no complaints.

Short but lovely stay, would highly recommend for 2 people who are staying in Shinjuku.

Pros: Very central area near all the things in Shinjuku. Very clean property and easy to find and enter.

Cons: Nothing, on a busy street so do get some street noise but that is to be expected

Great location for exploring Tokyo, near to everything you would need!

Pros: Great location and base for exploring Tokyo. Beds were comfortable.

Cons: Only two small towels, for two people for a ten night stay! More towels were needed. Floor cleaner was not effective. A towel rail would have been good to air wet towels.

Solo/2 persons perfect stay in Shinjuku!

Pros: great location and very spacious compared to similarly priced hotel rooms in the area. beds were comfortable. bidet toilet and laundry machine in unit were great. location is super close to key tourist areas like shinjuku golden gai and kabukicho. gives you access to shinjuku sanchome station and higashi shinjuku station, which allows you to bypass the confusing main shinjuku station area.

Cons: somewhat noisy at night as the balcony faces a main road in shinjuku. water pressure in shower was weaker than other hotels and apartments i have stayed at but still better than in america.
