Pros: Location was top, the check-in/Check-out process was fairly nice and we had a good time Overall.

Cons: They have a real problem with the bathroom. If you shower longer than 5 minutes the water will rise Out of the sink and wet the floors.

Great family apartment in very convenient location

Pros: This is a great apartment for families as it easily fit 5 people (2 single beds and 3 mattresses on the floor). There were 2 bedrooms and a lounge area. Such a great area. Easy walk to Shin Okubo station. Convenience stores, restaurants, shops all very close by. Has a huge balcony as well and outdoor chairs.

Cons: The wifi was not working on the last day at all. I sent a message to the staff but received no reply.

Pros: spacious for what is an apartment in central Tokyo. clean and tidy and check-in/check-out process is easy. We had an early check-in and they made sure it was ready for us when we arrived in the morning.

Cons: the shower could use a shower curtain to keep the splashes to a minimum. the drainage isn’t great; I would caution anyone taking a Bath to let the water out slowly as too much at a time causes it to be overburdened and flow out onto the floor.

Pros: I wasn't sure what to expect, but everything was great. The room is small, which is pretty normal for Tokyo, but the interior was cozy and worked well with the small space. It's been clean and we especially loved the Japanese toilet. The location was amazing for the money we've spend. 100% would recommend!

Pros: I like the large, open feel of the room and the fact that all kitchen equipment is provided.

Cons: The property is set back from the main street, and only the entrance is visible, which can make it difficult to spot initially.

Very pleasant! We loved it. Will rebook when we come to Tokyo again.

Pros: Very comfy, you got almost everything you need, easy to locate and is near everything.

Cons: No full body mirror. And also, the bathroom becomes easily flooded when taking a shower. The water goes down in a few minutes though. The toilet cover is broken.

Comodidad y buena ubicación!

Pros: Buena ubicación, cercano a lugares de interés y fiesta pero lugar tranquilo y buen descanso. Camas cómodas y bien organizado. Cocina limpia! Lugar 100% recomendable!

Cons: La ducha y el baño son mejorables! Pero para un par de días bien.
