A good value for money property.

Pros: The property has a great value for money. The property had everything that we expected.

Cons: Initially the air-conditioning was not cold enough so the first night was uncomfortable. But owner did fix the next day.

Amazing location, a bit cramped for a family of 4.

Pros: Location is pretty good, not far from many stations. Decent value.

Cons: Small, beds are on the floor, not enough seating/table space.

Pros: Era dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione di shinjuku dove è possibile prendere la Yamanote Line che fa il giro di Tokyo , a 3 minuti a piedi dal seven eleven dove è possibile acquistare tutto ciò di neccessario, era abbastanza pulita

Cons: Nella stanza era presente un divano letto aperto posizionato proprio davanti all’armadio, rendendone impossibile l’apertura e l’utilizzo infatti ho dovuto spostarlo

Pros: Poziție ok, 10 min de metrou, zona liniștită. Apartamentul este curat cu dotări multe și utile pentru mai multe zile de ședere. Gazda a fost promptă cu informațiile de check in / out

Cons: Canapeaua ar fi putut fi mai confortabilă. O organizare mai buna pentru a avea acces mai ușor la dulap.

Bien situado para visitar Tokyo.

Pros: Apartamento muy bien ubicado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Tokyo y visitar todo de forma cómoda.

Cons: Había lavadora pero no encontramos ningún sitio donde colgar la ropa una vez lavada, por lo que era un poco incómodo hacer la colada. No tiene habitación, las camas estan en el mismo espacio que el comedor, pero para pasar unos días está bien.

Spacious (in relative terms) apartment for a couple to base a Tokyo trip.

Pros: This place is simple - not hugely charming but comfortable. Easy to find and get to. About 15 minutes from the train in a residential feeling neighborhood so we did a fair amount of walking back and forth. Perfect for a couple, don’t stay with more than two.

Cons: Location could have been a bit more convenient. But I liked it.

Very good

Pros: Its very clean and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and safe. So many supplies, complete with handwash soap, dishwashing liquid, bodywash etc. The host is super super kind and very very responsive like he responds in 5 mins and he arranged the airport transfers for us

Cons: The sofa bed is very hard if converted as a bed. Coz my husband is snoring so moving to another bed wasnt feasible.

Pros: Emplacement très bien et bon rapport qualité/prix. C’est un appartement type airB&B, propre et spacieux et assez bien équipé.

Cons: Serviettes de toilettes trop petites, l’appartement manque d’une poubelle et la description des équipements est légèrement erronée (c’est une simple baignoire/douche pas un jacuzzi bain à remous)
