Nice!

Pros: The room was nice and large enough for 4 people to stay. There was a microwave and sufficient kitchen utensils for slight cooking, which was really great. The Hotel management office was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The bathroom was cold. Room heater needed to be turned on all day to warm the room and the bathroom during winter days. The hotel was bit farer from the Ueno station than we originally expected, but still within walking distance.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this property! The space was immaculately clean, spacious, and modern — everything felt brand new. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The host really thought of everything to ensure a smooth stay - from laundry detergent to cutlery and kitchenware. All the essentials were provided to make the stay now comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from Ueno Station, and there are plenty of food options nearby, including a Family Mart for convenience.

Cons: A few minor things to note (not negatives, just feedback): There are two front doors with separate codes, which was a bit confusing at first. The inside of the elevator was covered in wrap though I think this was due to ongoing renovations. Only one light switch for the entire room, so it would’ve been nice to control lights in different areas. No full-length mirror. The trash bins were a little unclear, especially the one labelled \
