Spacious

Pros: I’ve never come across anywhere in Tokyo with this much space at this price point. It was huge! The shower, the fact that there were two big rooms, the couch… it was just lovely. Completely exceeded our expectations and it was so nice to be able to stretch out after a long flight.

Pros: We loved the space of the room, and the 15 minute walk from the hotel to train station. It was an easy check in and check out process and we had the most incredible time while we were there :)

Cons: Wont lie..... very hard beds, however, we were still very grateful to have a bed to sleep in.

Good stay in Ueno

Pros: Spacious apartment in reference to Tokyo standard. Central location about 10 to 15 walk to Ueno or Asakusa. Comfortable and clean bedding, Tatami though, some people may find it difficult. Free use of washing machine is a bonus. Highly recommended

Cons: We could have a few hooks or shelving in the bathroom for hanging towels. Otherwise nothing to complain of.

Good except for thin mattresses

Pros: Quiet location and modern rooms. Didn't see any staff at any stage but check in was easy and the room was well appointed. Washing machine in the lobby was great, though the cycle took a long time.

Cons: The futons were super thin, very uncomfortable compared to other Japanese style rooms we stayed in. Bit far from train stations and restaurants.

Great traditional room

Pros: The size of the room was great for Tokyo standards. Had a separate living room and a tatami room with thick mats we laid out for sleeping. Sleeping on the floor was surprisingly comfy and we would've liked to have stayed longer. Basic toilet amenities and cutlery/cookware was provided.

Cons: Location was a 10 minute walk to the nearest station in quite a residential area with not a lot going on. Was good to be away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo but inconvenient when you have to take public transport everywhere. The room needs more hooks for hanging towels!

Convenient and comfortable space for a longer stay.

Pros: Great location between Ueno Park and Asakusa, walking distance to many attractions and cafes. Lovely spacious balcony in the sun and a decent sized flat for a comfortable longer stay.
