Would recommend for the interesting area alone but the house also served us well

Pros: The location was fantastic! We were in a very quiet street but extremely close to all the action! High need to be quiet for neighbours which was fine.

A comfortable place to stay in Tokyo.

Pros: We liked all the space, which is hard to find in Tokyo. The weather was very hot but this apartment had excellent air conditioning, and space to relax in the cool. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with small double beds and one with a single bed and a cot. There is no bathroom or toilet on this floor. In the middle floor there is the kitchen, lounge, dining and a toilet. The ground floor has a double bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. There is a washing machine, and plenty of places to hang washing to dry. This was a comfortable place for 5 adults to spend a week. The kitchen had a large fridge, and all the equipment we needed. There are 2 train stations within 10 minutes walk. The location was very quiet at night.

Cons: The apartment is in a narrow street, so it wasn’t possible for us to be dropped off and picked up from the exact location. We had to walk a few minutes to a wider street. Also the stairs are narrow and steep. These features were not an issue for us, but could be a concern if you have a lot of luggage or difficulty with mobility.

Great location, clean and tidy apartment, fun time for all.

Pros: Excellent location in lively neighborhood and walking distance to Shinjuku. We had everything we needed. Easily accommodated 4 adults and 3 children.

Good Value for Group of People

Pros: The place is spacious, tidy, and near to the high street. Good value for the group of people. Korean restaurants are walkable distances.

Cons: The instructions for the facilities in the kitchen can be more informative.

Pros: Great location. A quick walk to shin-Okubo station and 15 mins walk to Shinjuku. Communication was great. Checking in and out was simple. Very spacious house. 3 levels and very accomodating for my family of 5. With rooms big enough to store luggage. Two toilets was also helpful. The air con was appreciated. Nice quiet little street

Great house in heart of Shinjoku

Pros: Nice place in a great location for Shinjuku - close to everything but quiet and safe. Spotlessly clean. Spacious - 4 separate bedrooms so great for families. Owner really kind.

Cons: Nothing for us. Didn’t cook so can’t comment on facilities. Also maybe not for noisy groups as it’s a quiet street!

Great location, spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Pros: Really good location. The area is very lively, but guesthouse is quiet. Accomodating host with an early check-in. Throughly recommend for a few days in downtown Shinjuku/Tokyo.
