Pros: Great location, close to train stations, shops, eateries, etc. Very clean and tidy Staff were very helpful and polite

Cons: Tatami bed is great but not for everyone Room felt like too cramped to accommodate 4 people

Best Stay!

Pros: Very good location, just a minute walk to Shin-Okachimachi station that connect to multiple subway line in Tokyo. With 7eleven and Family Mart nearby is added to why this is the best accomondation in Ueno area. I definitely will be back!

Pros: Quiet location, very close to station, easy walk down quiet streets from Ueno station. Good sized apartment for family of 5, had everything we needed

Pros: Quiet, fully equipped kitchen. Good choices for food near by. Subway was very close, though it was easy to walk to several activities.

Cons: Automatic lights at night in room. No way to turn them off - despite calling the help desk

Pros: The space was very clean, it was about 800m walk from a JR line and about 200m from the subway. We had a little kitchen which was good for small meal preparation. A good place and location to call home while visiting Toyko.

Great comfy and clean apartment style hotel

Pros: great apartment style hotel with laundry, and kitchentte.

Pros: Location - Close to Shin Okachimachi station A2 exit close to family mart. Sushi shop 50m away with delicious food. Fruit and veg shop 50m away. 8 minute walk to Okachimachi and the vibrant Ameyoko Shopping Streets. Accommodation - washing/machine dryer was very handy. Air conditioning was ice cold. Staff very friendly and able to supply new towels/sheets and other supplies when we needed them. Bathroom was great.

Cons: The Tatami mattresses very thin and not that comfortable.

Spacious if you book their most expensive room

Pros: Our one bedroom was Spacious and clean, beds were comfy. Kids enjoyed sleeping on the Tatami We had 4 people staying and we never once felt cramped. The bathroom was one of the biggest I’ve stayed in Tokyo I can comfortably have 4 large suitcases open Umbrellas provided at the front door of hotel was handy on raining days I liked that the room had a shoe horn to use by the door

Cons: Lack of cleaning provided by the hotel, once every 4th day then once every 7 days is pretty lazy. When they do come and clean they don’t even bother stocking up on the basics like toilet tissue, dishwashing liquid and laundry liquid. So you have to take time from your busy holiday and go down to the desk and ask. We stayed 13 nights and not once did any of the Staff greet you or look up from the front desk :/
