Pros: The location was perfect, convenient and had everything we needed in close proximity. Our room also comes with amenities like laundry machine and detergent, fridge, stove and kitchen utensils but we didn't use it. It's Japan!! The room itself is spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. We had enough space to move about and keep our clothes out (folded) on the futon/folded chair but it's not big enough to keep your suitcase open the whole stay. My.Yang was very accommodating and waited for us to check-in even though our arrival being early into the morning. Despite a heavy dose of language barrier, he tried his very best to provide us with answers. He also help to hold onto and drop off our luggage bag at the station way past our checkout time. We parted with a gift from Mr.Yang which we truly appreciate. Overall a good stay and value for money.

Cons: Shower curtain was moldy at the bottom and it smells grimey.

The best experience in the most popular location

Pros: The location is perfect. Spacious, comfortable and clean. It’s so closed to Okubo station and local store like 7-eleven. Lawson and food store. The most of all is that the owner is extremely helpful! Can’t be happier with our choice.

Perfect stay

Pros: It is an amazing place to stay in Tokyo for some nights. The apartment has everything you need, and is very comfortable. It is close to many metro and train stations, so it is pretty easy to get anywhere in Tokyo from there. You even can go walking to Shinjuku, it is about 20 minutes walking. The host is amazing, he is very kind, reaponsitive and helpful. If we go back to Tokyo, we definitely would stay there again. So recommended! Thank you for all

Home away from home

Pros: Our stay was the perfect way to start our trip. Our host was incredibly kind and generous, even picking us up from the station, such a welcome touch after a long journey. The accommodation itself was spacious, cozy, clean and wonderfully quiet… exactly the reprieve we needed after full days of exploring Tokyo. It’s tucked into a peaceful residential area, yet just a short walk from the station and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The balance of calm and convenience couldn’t have been better. Would happily stay again

Pros: Lovely little self contained unit with outside space. Spotlessly clean and had everything needed for my stay Close to shops, restaurants and the railway. Host arranged to collect me from the local train station and dropped me off at the end of my stay.

Wonderful place with full amenities at convenient location.

Pros: The room has everything. Real working kitchen if you want to cook. Microwave oven to heat up food. Washing machine for laundry. Ample space for drying your laundry in the garden or indoor drying during rainy days. Very good location. Located near 2 Stations(10-15 minutes walk) of 2 different lines (Yamanote Line and Chūō-Sōbu Line). You have many options to travel to different locations in Tokyo. You may take longer to reach the station if you get distracted by the many shops along the way. Shinjuku is just 1 stop away. Harujuku is just 3 stops away. The property owner is very warm and friendly. We are very grateful that he drove us to the Station after check out as our luggages have bulked up with all the shopping we had done.

The position is really great and the room is decent, recommended

Pros: The position is just great, there’s a subway stop really close and a JR station not too far (which is great while arriving from the airport), you could also walk to Shinjuku in just 20 min, that alone made the stay so much more comfortable and fun. The room is ok, it has a washing machine and a sort of patio where you could chill and hang the washed clothes for drying. The bed is comfortable and the building is quite which makes sleeping and resting a breeze. The host is super friendly and eager to help

Cons: The shower is a little bit too tiny if you’re taller than 180cm

Pros: The property was just perfect: from very centric and convenient location to having everything someone could need during a trip and even more! But for us, the highlight of it were the sweet owners of the place. I’ve never experienced such an exceptional hospitality in all of my years of traveling: clear directions, taking place in our stay by welcoming us personally and such a kindness I’ve never seen before! Next time we come back to Tokyo, this would be our first choice over and over again. Thank you for everything!

A satisfactory and quiet stay, with a helpful and available owner.

Pros: Clean and quite apartment, good location, walking distance to subway stations, well equipped kitchenette, pleasant private patio with table and chairs. The owner kindly gave us bottles of water, canned juice and a lift to the subway the last day of our stay.

Cons: The room is a bit small if you want to eat inside the apartment. It is a bit expensive compared to even larger studios in Tokyo.
