Hassle free accommodation with great service and a high level of hospitality

Pros: Great service with very attentive staff, would highly recommended this accommodation for your stay in Tokyo. Really easy to get to from Haneda Airport and great access to transport and local attractions.

Cons: Nothing to fault, only excellent scores

Just a brilliant stay !

Pros: Overall great stay, all the female staff service and friendliness far exceeds expectation. Highly praise the front desk girls.

Cons: Male staff is completely hopeless, we asked for luggage trolley, he didn't understand a word of English and didn't tske action. Then i asked my Japanese friend to speak to him and he came to our room with the trolley and left the trolley outside our door !!! He didn't help and just left. I hope someone could have a chat with that male staff. Unfortunately i didn't get his name cos he probably will not nderstand my question.

Pros: The courtyard is cool, new and nice. The location is perfect

A room could see Fuji San

Pros: I stayed this hotel many times , almost over half a month. This time hotel allocated a room for us which could see Fuji San , that’s amazing. When sunset, could see beautiful red sunshine beside the Fuji San , but it is a little bit regret that some high-rise buildings.

Good services

Pros: I stayed the hotel fm 3-7 Dec, then went to an other place , that’s my second stayed here, before I requested hotel to safe keep my two luggage, hotel automatically sent my luggage to the room before I checked in in the second time , so helpful services provided.

Cons: No complaints

We had a great time here.

Pros: There was a wonderful distant view of Mt Fuji that was not mentioned on the web, which was a lovely surprise. and the hotel had a quiet Zen vibe.

Cons: It was a bit hard to know where taxis should pick you up from as there was no obvious foyer parking, but this was a minor amusement rather than huge problem.

Pros: Very clean and close to train. Good service. Nice pajamas.

Pros: Good value for money although it’s middle of the Tamachi town centre and breakfast is also good. We wish had a longer morning hours to enjoy but, we had ro go to Haneda airport. And also internal garden space is well designed. Although we are on the 16th floor, yet we felt safe and good evacuation thought after ( as I don’t normally like to stay at high rise buildings.

Cons: Our room was good and enough space with 2 chairs, but there are no bedside table even between twin beds! Only the downside for us.
