The most quiet and stress free stay in Japan yet after ten years.

Pros: You won't find a more convenient, quiet, and peaceful room. Absolutely no outside noise. A family area with a flavour of real Japan life, not a Disneyfied version. Good transport, eg Shibuya 20 minutes. Station ten minutes walk, Konbeni 7/11 3 minites. walk Good inexpensive restaurants. Real standing bar! Clean. Biggest most comfortable bed and room I have had in Japan in the ten years of living/working here. I hope to use that place again. Hassle free entry with autolock. Excellent directions from owner and easy to get to.

Pros: A cozy stay that felt like my own small Tokyo apartment. Perfect location near Otsuka Station, practical card-key entry, useful washing machine, and a peaceful area with all conveniences.

Cons: Only downside: the toilet and shower drains became partially clogged at the end of the stay.

Fantastic location & accommodation!

Pros: Fantastic location, huge bedroom area- perfect for families! Quiet street but so close to the tram & train station. Fabulous place, highly recommend 😃

Cons: No elevator & with 5 large suitcases & a toddler, it was a bit of a struggle.

Pros: La chambre était pratique et grande....bien équipée, dans un quartier calme avec tout à côté, laverie, kombini, super marché,resto, yamanote Line ... je recommande 👍

Pros: We like to location. The apartment is located 5-7mins away Otsuka Station (yamanote line). Very convenient and near to everything, near 7eleven and nearby restos.

Cons: For me everything is okay. They could improve the kitchen area, but we did not use this often so we dont mind. Having a kitchen area is a plus. The room is huge compared to hotels.

Pros: Esta centrico de todos los lugares turisticos, solo tomabamos el yamalote line, la estacion otsuka esta a 1 cuadra del alojamiento, y en todas las cuadras estan restaurantes y seven.

Cons: Aun teniendo la calefaccion prendida nos entraba frio por los ventanales y siempre teniamos frio.

Pros: 조식은 없었으나 주변에 사먹을 곳이 많습니다 바로 근처에 오츠카역 약간 걸어 신오츠카나 스가모역이 있어 다니기도 편했고요

Cons: 단점으로는 외풍이 조금 있습니다

Cons: 壁掛け時計の電池切れで止まっていた テレビの電波が繋がってなくて観れなかった シャワーの水圧が弱め 山手線が近い為、電車の音は聞こえる
