The host was super sweet and lovely. He made sure everything went smoothly form check in and check out. Overall recommen

Pros: Was clean and tidy, had everything you needed and was super convenient location wise.

Pros: Great location and friendly host who offered a free pickup and drop-off to the metro station. Big size for Tokyo and very clean. The bed was really comfy and the room had tv with Netflix and a full kitchen

Cons: The building is not very new but it wasn't a problem for me

Pros: El alojamiento es muy cómodo, los anfitriones muy atentos y amables, puedes preparar algo de comer (si gustan). Tiene estufa, refrigerador, microondas, nos dejaron unas bolsitas para preparar té. Nos dejaron todo listo para una estancia placentera y cómoda, además, nos ofrecieron guardar nuestras maletas ¡Que maravilla! Mil gracias por sus atenciones ¡Los recomiendo ampliamente!

Cons: No estaría nada mal que tuviera elevador. Es un poco incómodo subir las maletas por las escaleras.

An amazing stay, and amazing host! Highly recommended!

Pros: Very nice quality for the price. Everything was clean and comfortable and it was an excellent stay. The manager of the property is extremely nice and helpful. He picked me up from the station and dropped me off when we left, as well as giving me recommendations in the area. Also gave my group waters and soda for our trip to kyoto. The location is good as well, only a ten minute walk to Shin Okubo station, from there you can get really anywhere you need to go. Can’t say enough good about this property and i highly recommend to solo travelers and couples.

Cons: The front door was the only thing that was a little confusing, got locked out for about an hour trying to figure out how to work the code. But with the key you can still get inside. Not a big deal, he showed me exactly how it works when i got there but with jet lag and being overwhelmed i wasn’t a good listener. Still highly recommend this property!

Pros: 很溫馨的小公寓，設備備品應有盡有（毛巾、牙刷、牙膏、沐浴乳、洗髮精、洗衣精、吹風機、洗衣機、WiFi），廚房設備齊全，整體內裝都很新，有一個牆面櫃可以放兩顆行李箱不佔房內空間，床頭左右各有一個插座超棒，行李箱全開也沒問題，走路3分鐘Lawson+超市+24小時藥妝店，走5分鐘整條街都是吃的，8分鐘到大久保站，房東是上海人溝通順暢，還會問你是否要接送到住宿地方，這區都是住宅區所以晚上很安靜，絕對推薦！！

Cons: 完全沒有！
