pleasant stay

Pros: hospitality and spaciousness. owner is very kind. he came down after we pressed the intercom, brought our luggage into room and briefed us facilities in the room. and he drove us to nearby train station for the day we checked out. Room is an apartment with kitchen space and washer and dryer, and a little garden, main room feels pretty spacious with a sofa and a little desk. This quiet neighborhood is within walking distance from areas having many restaurants, convenience stores, drug stores and supermarket.

Cons: It took us around 11 mins of walk (with heavy luggage) from the Shin-Okubo train station. Shin-Okubo exit with elevator access is even a block further. If I had contacted owner earlier on the day of arrival, I could have taken a free ride to the place just I didn't try.

Quiet place, great location, welcoming host

Pros: This place is a quiet back street but very close to a train station and has a lot of shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room has everything you need for your travels. The host is very responsive, friendly and accommodating. He also dropped us off at our stop when we left. It's a little gem in busy Tokyo.

Beautiful central accomodation

Pros: Location was excellent, in the middle of Shin Okubo but away from the mahem. Flat was perfect,warm, comfortable, very well equipped and the owner is fantastic. Beyond the call of duty.

Pros: Has everything you would need for short stay. Friendly owner who was incredibly helpful, he also picked us up and dropped us as station. Excellent location. Felt like I was living like a local.

Cons: Nothing! Place is small so just to be aware.

Pros: Very friendly host. Room was very clean and everything - shampoo, toothbrush, towels etc.- was provided. Communication was clear despite the language barrier. They even carried our lugagge to the station after checking out. The location is also good: close to the station, with plenty of restaurants and things to do. We recommend it a lot!

Amazing hosts and brilliant price for central Tokyo

Pros: Fabulous location, hot powerful shower, comfortable and the washing machine was a blessing! The host was absolutely wonderful- so kind and helpful- picking us up at the subway station and insisting on giving us money for a taxi as they were unable to take us back to the station due to a very early start. They couldn’t do enough for you. You’re just 20 mins to the heart of Shinjuku- and I would highly recommend the property in terms of value for money - thank you for having us!

Pros: Exceptionally friendly and kind host! It was a very cozy and safe accommodation. The outdoor patio, the kitchen and in-house washer was such a treat to have in this location! Would love to come back on my next trip.

Pros: The host couple were so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. They were also very quick to reply. I would definitely recommend others to stay here. The location is super convenient and near to the main neighborhoods like Shinjuku and Shibuya too!
