Pros: I had a very comfortable stay. The location of the property was particularly good as it’s close to a subway station and a short walk from central Shinjuku. The host went above and beyond and gave me a ride to the subway station when I checked out.

Pleasant stay and graet host

Pros: Very functional and convenient. The host went above and beyond to help and also picked up/dropped off at the train station.

Cons: Having a cooking oil is very helpful.

Pros: We are a couple who stayed four nights in apt 203. The apartment is small, but comfortable, clean and equipped with all that is needed. The location is very convenient. The house is located on a very quiet street with a walking distance to two metro stations. The owner lives in the same building. He is a very nice and helpful man who is taking good care of his business. He did for us more than we expected by offering free shuttle service to the station. Definitely recommended!

Cons: Everything was good.

Ugodan boravak

Pros: Izuzetno ugodan boravak! Apartman smo iznajmili na dvije noći i bili smo oduševljeni. Vlasnik je iznimno drag, ljubazan i susretljiv – sve nam je detaljno pokazao i bio na raspolaganju za sva pitanja. Lokacija je savršena, u blizini je mnoštvo sadržaja, a sve je nadohvat ruke. Apartman je uredan, ugodan i potpuno opremljen, sve funkcionira besprijekorno. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće i svakako bismo se ponovno vratili. Topla preporuka svima!

Pros: Sehr aufmerksamer, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Nette, kleine Wohneinheit. Alles da, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Nette Umgebung - Vorstadtflair. Nächste U-Bahn in ca. 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit von Shinjuku - auch zu Fuß nur 20 min. entfernt.

Cons: 1. Stock, über eine steile Treppe erreichbar.

Unsere beste Unterkunft in drei Wochen Japan.

Pros: Die Lage ist hervorragend, da nur wenige hundert Meter von einem Bahnhof entfernt, von dem aus man den Zentral-Bahnhof Shinjuku in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Man kann von dort mit Expressbussen oder Express-Zügen die gesamte Fuji-Region in Tagesausflügen besuchen

Cons: Der Gastgeber hat die Küche neu eingerichtet. Es fehlen nur Kleinigkeiten wie ein paar Küchentücher. Wer will kann richtig kochen, aber es gibt im Stadtteil Restaurants in allen Preislagen, so dass wir nicht gekocht haben.
