Great location—convenient accommodation

Pros: Good value place to stay in Tokyo. It’s within walking distance of Shin-Okubo and Okubo, so you can walk or take the subway to get anywhere quickly, with lots of food options around The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen area if necessary. The host picked us up and dropped us off, and made sure to give us good recommendations for places to eat.

Cons: On the last day, the host changed the check-out time on the website from 10:30 to 10:00, and was very pushy about it. Communication could have been better on that point. Overall, the host doesn’t speak English very well, which caused a few misunderstandings along the way.

Pros: Great place, had everything we wanted, excellent location, extremely well priced and a VERY helpful host. Pick up and drop off from Shin-Okubo station was greatly appreciated. You won’t find a better value place in the area. Ideal for a couple or a couple with a child under 12. Thanks for having us and for all your help, we had a great time!

Pros: The owner went way above to make our stay perfect. He even gave us a lift to shinjuku train station at 8am. The apartment is in a nice quiet area but only 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of shinjuku. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We feel so blessed that we can stay at Mr. Yang’s apartment building. He is super kind and friendly. The surrounding are

Pros: The owner showed great hospitality; he went the extra mile to pick us up and drop us off at the bus station so we didn't have to drag our luggage around looking for the apartment. The room is very clean, quiet, and cozy. It has everything we need. It's also very convenient to walk to the metro station. We are so glad we live near the Okubo station instead of the Shinjuku station. The Okubo station is way easier to navigate compared with the super complicated and crowded Shinjuku station.

Cons: Nothing.

Perfect end to my Japan trip

Pros: Love staying here, was about 15mins walk from the heart of Shinjuku Lots of great food spots near and a supermarket. Was nice to have my own little apartment for a few days.

Pros: The hosts were very kind and attentive to our needs. The space was bigger than we were expecting and in a very good location.

Cons: The balcony was quite small, so it was hard to dry clothes. We still managed though, so it's not a major concern.

Cozy, quiet and pleasant stay

Pros: Cozy apartment in a quiet suburb, 5 minute walk to Okubo station and convenience stores + restaurants. The host was very kind and helpful and offered to drop us off when we checked in and checked out.
