Pros: It was a perfect stop for arriving from our flight and heading off early the next morning, we told the host when we thought we would arrive and he waited outside at 10pm to show us where to go and make sure we got in alright and was very welcoming and kind.

Pros: Room was small but super clean and great value for money. Area was nice and quiet and well connected to travel routes.

Cozy and economical place to stay in Akihabara

Pros: Location. The place is very near the Akihabara station and easy to find if you follow the instruction. There were convenience store nearby and a small grocery which is a plus fot me. And though it was a small room it was cozy and clean and the bed is comfortable. Wifi is strong. The host was very helpful and accomodating and easy to reach out to. And quick to respond. Overall its a place I will go back to.

Cons: We didnt have bidet . But its ok😀

Pros: The location was quite good, close to Heart of Hakihabara, waking distance from anime world

Pros: How easy & smooth the check-in & check-out process was. The owner also provided basic amenities for us throughout our stay.

Cons: The elevator can access another unit, so someone else could take a peek inside if we forgot to close or lock our door. But that's just a minor issue.

Pros: It was cheap and decently sized. The bed was comfortable. Good location - a short walk from 2 subway lines, just a minute to a family mart. Well equipped, had all the amenities needed. The staff was helpful.

Cons: I wish the room had a window I could open to let some fresh air in. AC did fine though.

Pros: This is indeed more spacious than most rooms in Tokyo. I also want to thank the host for getting me a room on the ground floor, so getting in and out is hassle-free! They do have a lift if your room is located upstairs. It's only a 5-minute walk from JR Akihabara station, which is very convenient. I agree with the other reviewer who said that for a place located near Akihabara, it's very pleasantly quiet at night!

Cons: Because I was on the ground floor, there was one guest who thought my room was the host's receptionist area. Their toilet lacks bidet as well, but these are all very minor things that did not negatively affect my stay at all.

A very nice place to stay

Pros: Place is great bigger than usual hotel room in tokyo. The owner was very kind and very accomodating. Place is very near train stations and so many shops nearby. Very quiet at night.

Pros: Wir haben in Tokyo ein Problem gehabt und wir sind plötzlich hier aufgetreten und wir haben das letztes freies Zimmer genommen,trotzdem kaum Ankündigung das Team war total hilfsbereit und hat alles dafür getan,um uns zu helfen. Zimmer ist eher spartan in Vergleich zu dem Durchschnitt in Tokyo aber dafür ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist optimal. Personal war absolut freundlich und sehr einfach zu erreichen. Echt nette Leute!!!
