I hope to come back!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Ginza. The team was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout my stay. I even forgot some valuable personal items, and they went above and beyond to help arrange sending them safely to a friend in Japan. Their care, honesty, and professionalism truly stood out and made a big impression on me. I am very grateful for their support and would absolutely love to stay here again.

Pros: The property location is very convenient. Its very close to railway station and taxi are available easily. Staff at property are very helpful and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We are vegetarians and veg menu was a great relief.

Cons: In room dining to be available all time and not only untill 11 in the night.

Cons: El horario del domingo a la noche del restaurante del hotel. Cierra a las 21:00, aunque al momento del Check in me informaron que era a las 23:00. Ídem el Room Service.

Pros: The breakfast and location was excellent! Close to the train station. The amenities and hotel staff was also excellent. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Japan.
