Pros: I didnt see any staff but they were quick to answer Bed was good, and the location was good too, 500m from a metro station

Cons: Shampoo but no body soap

Pros: The location is excellent. The staff is very nice. The price is decent.

Cons: The room is small and soundproofing is poor. The other guests were noisy or came in late, which made my stay unpleasant. The shower is not powerful and the water wasn't hot enough.
