Well furnished apartment with great location.

Pros: Location is very convenient, we could walk to Shinjuku and many eating places. Price was very affordable for the location and host is very kind and very responsive to questions. Room is compact, limited space for luggage, best to limit to 2 luggages.

Cons: Good to bring your own bath towels as the towels provided are not in very good condition.

A comfortable & functional apartment

Pros: The beds are comfortable for 4 people. There is a washing machine with detergent provided. There is a laundry store just across to dry your clothes. There are stove & microwave. WiFi is available. Many eateries & convenience stores nearby. Host is responsive. Contact host separately after arrival for WiFi access.

Cons: Slightly difficult to locate the apartment when first arrived. More instructions & photos of entrance to the apartment will be helpful.

Pros: La ubicación de la habitaciones es buena. Muy cerca a pie de restaurantes y tiendas en general.

Cons: Cuando llegamos había bastante olor en el baño, y tuvimos q limpiarlo nosotros. También estaría bueno poder tener algún lugar donde sacar la basura, sobre todo para estadías largas. Pero aparte de eso nada más.

It was a great stay and very comfortable. The AC was cold and we liked it so much because of the hot temp or weather out

Pros: it’s close to mostly everything such as train station, restaurants, convenient store

Cons: We had a hard time finding the location but I think that was my fault, I did not see that the host attached a photo of the building .

Perfetto, consigliato!

Pros: Posizione eccellente, in una stradina tra le vie principali, quindi silenziosa ma comodissima. Un po’ piccola ma negli standard giapponesi. Dotata di tutto Doccia, wc, lavatrice, microonde. Comodissima la possibilità di un sistema di asciugatura panni nella doccia.

Cons: Le dimensioni ridotte per poterci muovere e aprire le valigie ma ci siamo adatti bene e per fortuna avevamo 2 matrimoniali in 3 persone. Magari in 4 non la consiglierei.

I love the apartment. I love the host, so nice.

Pros: Close to Shin Okubo station JR line for only 10 mins walk. Only 3 mins to Donki. Nice area, so quiet. Complete appliances with microwave, refrigerator, stove, washer,AC,utensils. But you need Google Translator. All of them are in Japanese language. Host is fabulous. Responds so quickly. We went to the wrong building bec we came at night. This apartment is just above a cafe.

Cons: It’s small for 4 people. But ok if you will just sleep there.
