Fantastic, would definitely return!

Pros: Fantastic location, clean, tidy and great for a family group. Rooms were very spacious for Tokyo! The kitchen was well appointed and great for preparing snacks.

Cons: It’s worth noting that the stairs are very steep, especially without handrails.

Pros: We liked the place, was very comfortable for us with 2 young adult kids. A very clean place, great shower, 2 toilets were a great plus. It has everything you need for an excellent Tokyo trip. Owners are very attentive, and proactive!

Cons: The place is really super, but we didn't like much the neighborhood. Nothing bad, just not really our cup of tea.... But as I said the house is great

Good, comfortable space for the money and a great location if you want to be close to the action

Pros: Great location, right in the heart of the Korean district, in walking distance to Kabukicho/Shinjuku, transport links and hundreds of restaurants and bars. Good space with the four bedrooms and lounge. Very responsive hosts.

Cons: Generally all good. Only the one shower might be problematic for larger groups.

Pros: I usually do not comment but I need to here - Everything was arranged and prepared with love. It's such a lovely home with ground and two upper levels. We were only 3 adults but the home was enough for 4 families with 4 bedrooms present - one ground, one middle and two on the 2nd level!! It's so comfortable and cosy. Best part is, it is away from the bustling nightlife so you'll get a sound sleep. Every part of the home was prepped with love and you'll find an instructions book at the lounge area in the middle floor that'll help you. The staff/home owner messages you before arrival and prior to checkout as well which is very good. There was also no issue with finding the home, you'll need to have active internet connection with Gps to find this place and there was no issue with the getting the key. Will definitely be coming back again - 100%

Cons: This is NOT a complaint set an expectation for the upcoming guests -There are two toilets and one bathroom which means people will need to take turns for the shower, so you'll need to plan in advance if you're up against time, no problem there.

Pros: Excellent location, really fun to have 3 floors, lots of windows and fresh air, comfortable beds, AC or heat in every room, comfortable kitchen and common room, a rare for Tokyo offering of bedroom closets, so much to love about this home.
