Pros: The house is renovated and well equipped with multiple rooms where a big group can stay comfortably (there were 5 of us in the group and pretty much each had their own room). The owner also put instructions in English for using the equipment and utilities around the house (you'll understand what I mean when you get to the toilet part :D ). This is really helpful for guests to understand how to use and also maintain the place respectfully. The house is kept clean and tidy and conveniently located in the prominent and lively area of Shinjuku with the subway station also nearby. There's plenty of restaurants around and things to do and see (don't miss the Godzilla head nearby). Umbrellas are also available for free if it starts raining at any point.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: The location is very strategic, near to the train station and restaurant. The sleeping room also has 4 beds, making staying with around 10 people more convenient. Under the property, you can directly wash your clothes since there are 24 24-hour laundry machines.

Cons: There is a laundry under the property, and sometimes at night, the sound of the machine and people talking to each other can be heard, slightly disturbing our sleep quality. The tatami mattress was skinny and may need to be changed with a thicker material to make sleeping more comfortable.
