Small but more than comfortable

Pros: Our family of four stayed for three nights and four days. Although the accommodation was small, everything was thoughtfully prepared. There was a washing machine and a drying rack, which made laundry convenient, and even umbrellas were provided in case of rain. It was about a 10-minute walk to Shinjuku Station, making transportation very convenient, including easy access to the Narita Airport Express. Shibuya and Harajuku were also easily accessible on one direct line. Despite the limited space,

Cons: On the way to Shinjuku Station, there is a section that passes through a nightlife area. It wasn’t a major issue, but even our adult daughters felt a bit uncomfortable at times. This is unrelated to the accommodation itself, and families traveling with young children may want to take this into consideration.

Perfect place to stay in Tokyo

Pros: Spacious for a Tokyo residence, great location for getting around Tokyo. We were allowed to check in early which was perfect as we arrived at midday and had our bags

A must stay if you're thinking of staying in Shinjuku!

Pros: I stayed at this hotel in Shinjuku and really enjoyed my time there. The location is excellent—very central and convenient for exploring Tokyo. However, just keep in mind that the area can get quite crowded at night with lots of nightlife activity, but that’s part of the Shinjuku atmosphere! The hotel itself was very comfortable. While the room was on the smaller side (as is common in most places in Tokyo), it was well-designed and had everything I needed, such as a separate toilet room, a bathroom with a washing machine, a bedroom, and even a small kitchen. It felt like a mini apartment, which is perfect for a longer stay. For the price, it’s a fantastic value, especially if you want easy access to Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya without overspending. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a week-long stay in Tokyo!

Cons: The room was on the smaller side, especially for four guests with lots of shopping suitcases, so space felt a bit limited. That said, if you’re traveling solo or with just one other person—and not bringing too much luggage—you’ll be perfectly fine!

Excellent stay in downtown Tokyo!

Pros: Extremely well located, extremely clean, had everything we could ever wish for a stay in downtown Tokyo. Highly recommended.

Cons: We liked everything about this property.

Great location in close proximity to everything.

Pros: Fantastic location in Shinjuku with close proximity to several metro stations and all the attractions in Shinjuku. The appartments is small (like all in Tokyo) but had all the amenities we needed and worked well for the 3 of us. Good value for money.

Cons: Nothing. If you are a light sleeper however keep in mind that the location can be a bit noisy in the evenings, however it was not an issue for us.

Pros: Location was awesome. The amenities was great having a washing machine was perfect.

Pros: Position is excellent, in the heart of Shinjuku. Calm and quiet street . Several stations around: Shin Okubo is one of the closest. on Yamanote and also Chuo and is very practical and significantly less busy then Shinjuku.

Cons: Very small apartment, difficult to open lagguages. There is not table or seats, just two double beds

Not a 2 bed room

Pros: We arrived at night, and it was VERY difficult to find as it is located in a lane way (where we noticed some questionable ladies on the corner) The description says 2 beds HOWEVER the second bed, described as a futon, is a 2.5cm mat found in the cupboard. My understanding now is that this is what the Japanese describe as a futon. Very different to Western ideas of a futon. Extremely uncomfortable.

Great apartment. Perfect location. Nice retreat.

Pros: Perfect location in Kabukicho/Shinjuku. Less than 10 min walk to shinjuku station and/or shin Okubo. You step out the door and are in the place to be. Loads of restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean and in great condition. Not noisy at all. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The communication with the staff was super easy and always fast. Very helpful staff. Also the size of the apartment was great as it gives you a bit more space to move around compared to the small hotel rooms in that area.
