I’ll book again next time for sure!🥹

Pros: Super clean, super close to metro station, and Kabukicho, also the facilities are quite new and complex. More importantly, the landlord is super nice, letting me check out 3h later cuz the guest on that day will arrive at night. It totally made my trip in Tokyo alone!

Cons: No disadvantages during my staying

Pros: 신주쿠도 가깝도 아래 바로 돈키호테와 편의점도 있었습니다 침대, 화장실, 세면대 모두 좋았던 숙소였어요 다음에 또 기회가 있다면 이용하고 싶습니다.

Comfortable convenience

Pros: Very private, quiet, very clean. The hosts are very accommodating about the check out time. Family Mart is right downstairs, Don Quijote is in the corner, and a couple restaurants open 24 hours or until 4 or 5 AM. So if you are waking up in the middle of night, you won't be hungry.

Cons: Just a little bit far for me to walk to Shinjuku main area, is about 18 to 20 mins walk to Shinjuku station. You can take the subway close by, by the time you walk up and down getting on the train, I just rather walk the local street. Nothing else that I don't like. Wonderful stay.
