A great family stay with all the facilities needed and close to the train too

Great location in the heart of the action and close to train station. Highly recommend!

Pros: Great location compact but had everything you need including earplugs and electric blankets in beds! Reverse cycle aircon for heating and cooling. Is a noisey city location but earplugs were great! Can walk to everything and short 10 min walk to Shinjuku station. I would stay again. Thank you.

Cons: The shower drain was slow and water backed up so need to use the plunger.

Pros: Our host was proactive in communicating with us and very responsive. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable for a family of four. The location is extremely convenient, only a short walk to Godzilla Road and Shinjuku metro and JR stations.

Pros: Very thoughtful design. The place is small, but it has everything you need. The electric blankets are a godsent for tired legs after a day of waking.

Cons: Only a small foldable table for eating

Loved this apartment for a 5 night stay. So much to do around the vicinity and close to Shinjuku station for day trips.

Pros: Excellent location. Close to train station, shops, restaurants. Clean and modern. Comfy beds and pillows!! Self contained. Family mart downstairs. Don Quijote across the road. Washing machine and bathroom is drying room. Quick response from owner when we asked a question.

Cons: Three beds made it a bit cramped. Noisy at night with sirens and people but didn’t keep us awake. Entrance was cluttered with rubbish bags as it was bin day when we arrived. Maps didn’t take us to the address - not on main street - need to go into side street. Took quite a while to find it! Pic on maps was incorrect too.

Great value for a family staying in Tokyo for more than a couple of days.

Pros: Location was amazing - close to trains, Family Mart across the road and coin laundry downstairs. My son loved the bed nook.

Cons: Would have felt better if there was a main locked front entrance but didn’t have any safety issues.

Pros: Love everything about this place. Easy to find ! Ipad next to the elevator . Then you get the code for your room. So so glad we chose this accomodation . The view . The room . The location .So comfortable . Even comes with a pocket wifi how cool is that . From the outside building it looks so simple but the room . We were looking forward to come back every afternoon for siesta 🤣 .. thats how comfortable it is ! Closed to everything .

Pros: Good modern flat which was clean and in a good location. Everything we needed was already included in the property

Cons: Can be cramped with bags but is what you expect in Tokyo
