Best area to stay in

Pros: My second time staying here, love the area as it's so convenient and well connected. Stunning views of skytree from the hotel room or the 18th floor where the vending machines are located. We had no choice but to book the smoking rooms as it was the last one but I was pleasantly surprised when we entered the room there was no heavy smells of smoke at all (hallway did smell of smoke but that's minor). I look forward to coming back again.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Very clean, comfy and convenient to everything.

Pros: Great location. Right near the sumo wrestling and The Sumida Hokusai museum. Lots of restaurants, cafes and kombinis close by. Subway station 2 min walk and JR train station 5 min walk. Bed very comfy. Room had everything you need. Vending machines, one with icecreams.

Pros: The location was right next to the Subway and 450 metres from JR Train line. Lots of food options located arnd the JR Station area. 20 minute walk to Skytree. Room was larger than average in Japan. Free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland

Pros: Liked that it was high up! The view was GREAT! Liked the bathroom.

Cons: Maybe a little more air conditioner. The restaurant on the top floor could maybe have like a bar area. Now when we wanted like a cocktail only we hade to order some food as well.

Pros: The view from the room you see the Skytree I love it

Cons: We had bad experience in staying this hotel which is we received 6 times prank calls from 11:30 pm to 1:15am the time that supposed to be were on bed in take sleep .the calls ended when I call the information to report the prank calls and to cut it off our lines to not receive any calls.
