Overall great experience but drying clothes was a bit of an issue

Pros: I liked how the property provided detergent for washing clothes along with the washing machine itself and the whole room was cozy. Also they provided extra pillows underneath the bed but they didn’t have cases

Cons: There was no official way to dry clothes after washing so we had to hang them in the bathroom and turn the vent on. The air conditioner was very difficult to control as it only did +/- 5 degrees.

Good location

Pros: It is very closed to the Metro, and within walking distance to Shinjuku.

Cons: The bed is a bit hard. From time to time you can hear the sound from ambulances at night.

Worth the money to spent! Love the stay

Pros: The room was nice and spacious — comfortable enough for our stay. The contactless check-in was good, and we could do it anytime after arrival. The host was also easy to reach through chat.

Cons: It wasn’t a big issue, we have no problem with it much -- but we couldn’t get the key directly as we were supposed to because there was an error with the iPad check-in system. We just contacted the host for help, and everything was fine afterward.

This was the perfect location for what we wanted to do ! Close to train station or 15min walk to shinjuku. Quiet locatio

Pros: The location is great, just walking distance towards Shinjuku northern attractions and a block away from Korean restaurants and Don Quijote. The flat is well equipped with all amenities you can ask for. It also provides a nice view of the city being on the top floor. Overall, it's great value for money.

Cons: Be mindful there are steps inside the flat that may affect accessibility

Pros: Gran departamento. Creo que quien critica este dpto es por que aun no ha recorrido Japon. Fue el lugar mas grande que nos hemos hospedado lo cual es muy valorable cuando viajas y mas aun en una ciudad que haces compras y necesitas mas que una carry on. Es cómodo y limpio. Buenas toallas. Respecto al check in creo que cambiaron el sistema, ys que nos enviaron un link y lo hicimos por alli mismo y recibimos las instrucciones. Fue sencillo La ubicación nos gusto. Cerca del metro y cerca de Shinjuku pero no de su alboroto.

Cons: No tiene servicio de hotel y por lo tanto no tienen tus maletas ni antes ni después. Es solo el apartamento. (No es una queja, solo una aclaración)

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Pros: Très bon emplacement. Très efficace et simple pour check in et check out. Chambre confortable et propre.

Bien pour un court séjour.

Pros: L'emplacement centralisé dans Shinjuku, la station de métro à 2 minutes, le lave linge dans l'appartement, konbinis et restaurants à proximité.

Cons: Appartement un peu petit pour les standards européens, 2 coussins de plus auraient été mieux. Le coin cuisine un peu petit et pas pratique avec les portes.

Hotel strategis yg cukup ok

Pros: Lokasi yg sempurna, stasiun Metro jalur Oedo line terletak di sebrang jalan, ada cafe yg menyediakan ruang merokok disebrang jalan juga, byk resto didekat hotel dan ada makanan halal beberapa menit berjalan kaki, begitu pula convinient store 7/11 tidak jauh

Cons: Proses check in yg menurut saya merepotkan krn adanya verifikasi wajah yg walau dicoba berkali² namun kami gagal, di dalam kamar ada tangga yg menyulitkan jika anda membawa koper besar
