Shinjuku Downtown 1min walk to metro Cozy APT

The apt was nice, but a bit too tight to open luggages. It is missing a space for disposal clothes

Pros: The location was pretty good. It was quiet to sleep.

Cons: There were not space or wardrobe to disposal the clothes or/and open the luggages.

Pros: Great location, very comfortable, just enough space, super convenient to shinjuku, combini and local transport. Loved being able to sleep in a more traditional type of tatami apartment like most locals would live in. Couldn't have been better placed. Loved having a washing machine and drier to use. Will stay again next time we are in Tokyo.

Cons: I'm nit-picking, but some storage for clothes would have been beneficial. Taking heavy luggage up tight stairs to the top floor without a lift is also a challenge. Also it is an apartment and not a hotel, so it will not have any common hotel amenities or services. Go in with these expectations and you will be very pleased.

If I am coming back, I will select the proper bed. But over all is good! 👍

Pros: Locatiin was good valuw for money, good resturants near by & convience stores nearby

Cons: Location was slight noisy, had to be very quient as walls are really thin, although the metro was close, it was far from everything else.

Pros: Easy and uncomplicated Check-In on a Tablet with a Video-Call. Good location, just a 5 minute Walk to Kabukicho and directly at a Station (Higashi-Shinjuku)

Cons: For Europeans, the futons took some getting used to, and I found them quite hard.

Pros: Great location to start exploring Tokyo! A bit noisy at night due to the people who take a break in the alley from their shift. Overall a good experience!

Super compact and comfortable

Pros: The most comfortable mats on the floor, were so comfortable we slept for 11 hours (might have been the jet lag). Although it was very compact it had everything we needed and right next to a 7-11. Also super close to hitashi-shinjuku station which is important when it's hot!

Cons: There were quite a lot of sirens, I think it's near the ambulance station.

Pros: Location was awesome. Right across the road from the subway. It was such a breeze to catch transport to anywhere in Tokyo. Also many food and convenience stores nearby.

Pros: We had a wonderful four-night stay at Shinjuku Downtown Cozy APT. The location is unbeatable—just a one-minute walk to the metro station, with restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and cafés all nearby. We also felt safe walking back at night, which was a big plus. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, tidy, and quite spacious by Tokyo standards. We had no trouble opening our suitcases comfortably. The air conditioning worked well, hot water was consistent, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, our group felt right at home. The host's responses were prompt and friendly, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, saving us a lot of time and hassle. If you're looking for a convenient, quiet, and comfortable place to stay in Shinjuku, this is a great choice. Highly recommended!
