Pros: Very clean , great location, helpful and kind host

I would come back, mainly because of the location.

Pros: The location was perfect, not too far from the Yamamonte line train station, all kinds of restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons: The host provided a detail map and instruction on how to get to the house, but the check in procedure was not easy.

Pros: Excellent location and reasonable rent. Most facilities you'd need are available and included. Generally quiet. Wi-Fi was good and the solo check-in and check-out experience was smooth. Comfortable bed size.

Cons: Narrow corridor in the hallway with no natural light. No ironing facilities. One couch to sit on but very low to the ground, and a single small desk. Not much space in the bedroom itself to move around.

The reality check from a Romanian-Vietnamese family

Pros: If you go as a couple is a super duper deal. Quiet place and easy to live in. All the minimum requirements are met.

Cons: If you come as a family with an infant, watch out! They will not allow you an early check in, especially if someone was there before you!

Pros: Cerca de la estación de Otsuka, ambiente tranquilo y espacio suficiente para hacer vida necesaria. Utensilios de cocina suficientes fueron proporcionados, hecho que se agradece mucho.

Otsuka location modern amenities, friendly desk staff … a great experience and value.

Pros: A nice mansion flat, great location, and the apartment was clean and everything worked well. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful.

Cons: A bit tight for four people. Otherwise, no complaints.

Pros: 房东的服务态度非常满意，第一天晚上感觉被子不太干净睡的不是很好，凌晨询问房东能否第二天安排阿姨进行床上用品的清洁与替换服务，房东秒回并且第二天安排了，感受到了房东的诚意！

Cons: 第一天觉得床上用品清洁程度不够，后面就没有不满意的地方了

條件便利-鬧中取靜的公寓式住宿

Pros: 距離池袋站差一站的大塚站，住宿處離車站步行約5-10分鐘，大塚站周邊商店、餐飲店不少，住宿處附近也有超市，屋內設備齊全，很多東西屋主都有協助準備(廚具、碗盤、洗碗精、洗衣精，曬衣架)，除了訂完房上傳資料審核回覆比較花時間外，其餘在白天透過BOOKING傳送訊息給屋主回覆的速度都滿快的。屋主也可用中文溝通，若下次還有機會的話會考慮回訂。

Cons: 這並非我不喜歡的部分只是提醒大家注意，除了房價外還有另外一筆清潔費要支出，下訂前請務必看清楚房價加上清潔費後是否依然在自己的預算內。

Pros: Lots of room and near useful places! Large bathroom! Comfortable room, near station and the building is nice and clean!
