Pros: It's very close to both the Okubo Station and the Shin-Okubo Station, where you can easily get to other major stations, or just walk to Shinjuku instead, it's not that far. It is a more residential neighborhood, very quiet at nights. Close to konbinis and vending machines. A temple and a shrine just around both corners. We were three people and we found a very comfortable space. The communication and attention from the host was always prompt and kind. It's a really nice place to stay, I would definitely recommend/stay there again.
Cons: The stairs have small steps so be careful when going up and down with or without your luggage, I don't think it's dangerous just be careful, and try to be quiet.

Pros: The host answered really fast and clearly to my questions. The room was clean and cozy with everything we needed already set up. Location was amazing with stores and 3 train stations under 10min walk away. Everything worked flawlessly. Bath was a great bonus too.
Cons: Really can't think of any negatives.

Cons: Old Aircondition. Called in the apartment in winter time (January 2026). Kitchen system ventilation is just a big fan in the wall. It's so big that you may see the street throug it)) The mattresses are old enough to be replaced.

Kita Love House an affordable stay in Tokyo
Pros: Location was good, you can get to a few station for a 10 to 15 mins walking. The space is good for 3 person the most. There are lots of walking distance mart and restaurants. Facilities was average. You get what you pay for.
Cons: The bed and towels need upgrading

Cute old place in a beautiful neighbourhood!
Pros: We all found the beds comfortable, even the very thin futon was adjusted to quickly. Awesome powerful showerhead and great kitchen amenities. Loved that there was an in suite washing machine that was easy to use. The property is located in SUCH a sweet quiet neighbourhood surrounded by temples and an elementary school. It was central enough that we stayed for 2 weeks and were able to visit all the places we wanted in Tokyo. For the price i think the place was a great deal. We loved staying here.
Cons: Only major complaint was that the corners of the carpet under the futon were quite dirty, I found lots of human hairs and someone's old contact lens! Everything else in the unit was clean. The toilet was dated and had no bidet, but for the price one cant complain about that.

Pros: Very easy to get into the property. The email sent made checking in no problem. Stairs were required to get to the room but caused no issues as it was only 1 flight. Space was small but easily manageable and convenient for 3 travellers. Facilities were essentials as expected and the noise was excellent no problems.
Cons: The heat pump seemed to either be too hot whilst on or too cold while for sleeping. However, that was the only problem we encountered

Cons: The bulk bed doesn’t have mattress, it is very tough sleeping on straight on wooden panels. It will be nice to have a mattress.

Excellent
Pros: Lovely cozy little apartment in a nice neighbourhood but very close to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Place was clean and everything worked perfectly. Value for money was excellent! Would definitely recommend.
Cons: Only a minor thing - would be nice to have a lamp in the room, the light is good but very bright!
