Very good apartment, the introductory guide was extremely useful, best suited for small luggages.

Pros: The location was at a fairly close spot to the main Electric town area, so most things were conveniently close. The room was well-furnished, and most things were properly furnished. The introduction guide for almost all of the directions and tips was exceptional. It proved very useful as an introduction to a trip to Japan.

Cons: The stairs of the building is very tight - for someone travelling with a 62-linear inch kluggage suitcase, lugging it up and down the stairs (no elevators in the building) was probably the most difficult part as the suitcase was almost as wide as the entire stairwell. Perhaps this accomodation is best suited for those with smaller and lighter suitcases. I was fine with almost everything else.
