Good location helpful staffs but not enough lift

Pros: The location is so good and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff are very helpful and responsiveness

Cons: The lift aren’t enough. You have to wait for quite some time to get in especially during the rush hours

Convenient for Tokyo Station access

Pros: Stayed for 1 night after international arrival to take a train from Tokyo Station the next morning. Very convenient location for station access, modern and clean facilities, nice breakfast. Rooms might be too small for a longer stay.

Pros: Relatively near Tokyo JR Station (10-15min walk). Staff were friendly. Good space for 2 pax.

Cons: Nothing much about the stay. Room decor is on the darker colours theme so makes the room a bit gloomy.

Pros: Next to Pokémon Centre. Ideal location. Clean and comfortable. Free refreshments and snacks.

Keep the Mitsui hotel brand image

Pros: It's a 10 mins walk from Tokyo Station. Not too bad. Breakfast is nice and restaurant is good vibe because of the huge windows.

Cons: I stayed for 2 nights but the tooth brush area didn't clean up and the tooth paste stain was left even after room make up. Toilet has a bit bad smell.
