Pros: Everything was spotless, good location just a few steps from the train station. The staff was very friendly and polite.

Pros: The location of the hotel an friendliness of its staff.

Cons: Few minutes before check-out the light in the cabin went off so that I had a little problem to finish packing. Otherwise everything was good for the price and standard offered.

Pros: I really loved the hotel staffs-they were incredibly kind and welcoming. The facilities are clean and well maintained, making it a very comfortable place to stay, especially for solo female travelers on a budget. Also very close to Ichigaya station- a convenient location.

Pros: The pods are really good. Internal space, Acoustics and equipment are very good. Also, the common areas are good and the facilities were never over crowded. First Cabin was so much better than the other capsule hotel i stayed.

Great place for downtome in tokyo

Pros: This was my second time here. I love the quiet location (close to subway and anywhere in the city, but in a more relaxed neighborhood). Staff here is amazing and I love the onsen.
