10/10 location and service! Very comfortable

Pros: Location and service! Pods were also very comfortable and larger than the other pods I stayed in! 10/10 would happily stay again!

I enjoyed it .

Pros: It was very cozy, staff were very nice and helpful. Showers were great and very clean, has great wifi and is in a great spot like a 3 min walk to the train station and lots of foods options around.

Cons: The locker you get to store your stuff is very limited so you have to give your luggage to the staff and have to grab it in and out multiple times to get your stuff which is kinda annoying, beds were pretty stiff but still comfy, you cannot talk at all which is fair enough but still a bit annoying if your staying with a friend. If you are budgeting though this is definitely the place to stay, cheap, clean, comfy and affordable. I had a great stay. Thank you very much :)

Pros: Beds were somewhat comfortable. Price is unmatched in the city. Location was great, right by the metro and in a really fun neighbourhood.

Cons: The camera inside the bed was kind of off-putting. The forced checkout between 11am and 3pm is a bit inconvenient, and there isn't much room to store your stuff so beware. The cleaning products used have a weird smell that was not very pleasant.

Very clean and efficient - lacking adequate communal area and any atmosphere.

Pros: Very clean and professional. Excellent showers and toilet area. Served its purpose of a cheapish accommodation in the capital city. Clear instructions for non-Japanese speaking residents. Location ideal if Akasaka where you want to stay!

Cons: Very small communal area. No door on capsule. unable to store luggage for day I was away. Almost too clean and professional - felt clinical, no atmosphere - a production line - no smiles.

Comfortable and accessible, exactly what you pay for but beware if you have a lot of luggage!

Pros: Convenient and accessible. Does exactly what it needs to, no frills and no excess. Comfortable too.

Cons: The bag storage being on a separate level is really annoying when I want to get something or unpack and lockers were quite narrow, would have struggled to fit my bag in if it was larger!

Great place

Pros: The place was quite clean. The lobby staff were very friendly, if you have time before check-in, you can leave your suitcases until the agreed time at no extra cost.

Quiet, comfortable, close to the Subway

Pros: Everything is well structured, straightforward and easygoing. Quick and self check-in, check-out. The capsule is wde enough for 2 people but you sleep alone, so it is spacious. In the capsule there is usb charging point and adjustable light. Everyday a new pyjama, toothbrush, towels are given. Locker size is good enough for 1 luggage, 1 backpack and many other stuff. It is quiet. If i stay around akasaka i would stay there again.

Cons: Location is great but there is not shortcut to the station street so you have to walk around. But it is not a big issue.

This capsule hotel was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the clean shared facilities.

Pros: We were surprised how comfortable the capsules were to sleep in. The shared facilities were very clean and organised.

Best to stay if you need cheap and good hostel

Pros: Best hostel a had ever stayed. They gave me slippers, pajamas, towels and they was changing it every day. You also can sit near reception if you need to work or something. It’s placed near city center just 20-30 mins from Shinjuku or Shibuya
