Capsule Land Yushima (Male Only)

Pros: Good way to spend a night if you come to town just for a day. Facility has all amenities ready for you. It's easy to just arrive and get comfortable.

Cons: No major faults in their operation. Not really a hotel so don't expect it to be one.

Pros: Very calm, quiet, clean and comfortable. Sauna section was a nice bonus.

Cons: The only thing I was missing was a lockable locker for my suitcase. This ofc is not very crucial in Japan, but I would still have liked having one.

I'm going to be back!

Pros: I've only been to this capsule hotel, but I already think it's the best!! It really had all the necessities for a comfortable stay, much more than the bare minimum in my opinion. If I ever come back to Tokyo, I'm going to stay here again.

Cons: It took me a little bit of time to understand how things worked in the bathroom etc, but it's just a cultural difference since I'm not used to certain systems. My suggestion for other travellers is to do some research beforehand and don't hesitate to ask questions.

Pros: What an experience! Many locals book this also, so dont expect an english conversation. The staff speaks a little bit English. The onsen was something new for me, and out of my comfort zone. But it was quite nice, and well maintained and well equipped. The sleeping area on 4th level has a smoking room across the hallway, which you can smell a little bit sometimes. This was my 1st stay in Japan, but i would still recommend it to any solo traveller. The location and price make this 10/10.

Good for a short and budget stay

Pros: Good facilities in the public shower but the vent in the capsule was not very effective

Pros: The personnel were cheerful and helpful even though they couldn't speak good English, they tried. Close to good food places and subway stations. The mattress was not the softest or thickest, but definitely not uncomfortable, we stayed for 6 nights and I always had a good night's sleep. Compared to the mattresses some people are using in the campervan, this was comfy.

Pros: I didn't pay much attention to the accommodation. Anyhow it was nice to have a affordable place. Maybe the place deserves a higher rating than what I gave, but it's some kind of metal disability that I usualy don't give max rating.

Pros: Perfect location next to subway. 10mins walk to Ueno park. Free public and coffee tea latte complete free.

Pros: Coming into it, I was worried about my items. Soon as I walked into the door, was given a few instructions, felt safe and comfortable right away. Awesome location to stations and food.

Cool spot near by station and with a nice sauna

Pros: The relax room was the best, after a long day walking in tokyo just you can jump into the sauna and hot tub that they have! perfect for relaxing, the girl form the front desk was really friendly too
