Value for money

Pros: The bathroom were very clean, location is good just slightly further from Ueno station

Cons: Bedsheets were required to remove before leaving the property by guests.

Pros: The staff were warm and they were cleaning the rooms daily - the location is right nearby to both Ueno station and Keisei-Ueno, making it convenient from Narita.

Cons: Often people would ignore the rules set out, and there was occasional unfortunate smells as a result.

LOVING THIS PLACE SO MUCH

Pros: Very near to Ueno and Inaricho Stations. Very clean bathrooms and well kept common areas.

Cons: Bedrooms may need airing or some kind of odor absorbing material because it can smell too bad at times. That’s pretty much of it.

Pros: Good little capsule hotel, very comfortable and clean. Very cheap. Staff are great.

Cons: There was nothing that I can remember being bad here, the lobby smells of cigarette smoke maybe?

Pros: Location and facilities were all very good quality. We stayed here for 10 days, last days felt dirty, because there weren't any cleaning tools. Room is perfect for 2 or 3 people, has cool toilet and big bathroom. You can enjoy breakfast at hotel, since you have a small kitchen (fridge, kettle, water)and seven eleven is 200 m. from the hotel. Also the table on the first floor is for common use.

Cons: We felt that it gets little too dirty when living in hotel more than 7 days. Something to clean the floor would be handy.

Pros: The staffs are friendly. The rooms and sharing spaces are clean.

Cons: There is no kitchen.

Pros: I slept in the hostel on my first night in Japan and had a good experience, nice hosts, taking care of all needs. And close to the train station.

Pros: I really enjoyed staying here. I was one week. The staff is very warm which I appreciate very much. Location is amazing because is super closed to ueno station (metro and train), the market and also the Senso-ji temple. The is also a sento very near by. Bed was comfortable and shower as well. The place was very chill and clean. They provide hot and cold water and also have a microwave.

Definitely staying here again!

Pros: Everything was just great! It was all professional and guests were respectful of other’s belongings. They were kind enough to let me store my luggage at the premise before check-in and after checkout. Staff were very friendly and professional. Location was central but not too close to the metro so it was very quiet.

Cons: I’d say nothing! Everything just WORKED! Heaters were great, toilets were clean, beds were thick and comfy!

Pros: wonderful place!!! you will stay in a very quiet very peacegul neighborhood yet less then 10 min walk you are at ueno station.hub for all transportation .super clean (like super super clean) showers toilets.staff is very nice and welcoming .next time in tokyo,def gonna stay here
