8/10 as everything was perfect except for the poor ventilation

Pros: Located very close to Ueno station with a lot of essential shopping and eateries around. Pretty streets at night.

Cons: Poor ventilation in the capsule itself, couldn’t sleep because it was really hot with very slow air coming out from the ventilator port in the capsule

Pros: With included food in the cost it is a very good price. The food is basic but it will sustain you

Cons: There is a strange culture of no one talking to each other in the common areas which makes for a very disconnected and lonely way of living

Pros: I only spent one night here because I needed to take the skyliner early in the morning to Narita Airport, the location is great, super close to the station, Ueno park, Nezu, and not far from Taito and Asakusa. There's an onsen and sauna inside, and you get free unlimited rice and curry. It's clean, comfortable and quiet, the value for the price is insane, would def come back again next time in that area in Tokyo.

Pros: The check in was easy and the staff friendly. It's well located not to far from the station. It's a capsule hotel so you get what you pay for, however the capsules are clean and spacious.

Great place, nice area, a bit noisy at night

Pros: I thought the hotel and the area were outstanding, best time I've had in Tokyo so far. However the experience was marred by machine noises at 4:30 am. This was probably from the washing machines that were near my capsule. I'd definitely go back there if I can get a capsule at the other end of the floor.
