Glansit Akihabara

Pros: Amazing location, very close to the station. Capsules are huge, with huge TV in each of them. Bathrooms are clean. Showers are located in the same room as the common bath. Bath is small but nice.

Cons: Although I appreciate the privacy of having female and male common rooms, I found it a bit secluded. It would be nice to have a common space to hang around and maybe have a chat During my stay, it was generally very quiet. But the last night there were two girls that came back in very late (completely fine of course), but they kept slamming the entrance door many times. Maybe a sign on the door encouraging people not to slam it? Of course it should be common sense but.... Sometimes it is not so common Pillow was a bit hard

Pros: Location is amazing, checkin was fast and the people working very kind.

Cons: I would've preferred seperate showers instead of a shared shower room.

Pros: Very convenient location and good price, the staff was welcoming and helpful, the place was clean and comfortable, and it feels very safe

Cons: Some trash cans and towel/pyjama bins were camouflaged in the decor a bit too well

Pros: The capsule was very comfy and the staff were all very friendly, the facilities were also kept nicely and had everything you may need.

Cons: The pillow was kind of hard but other than that it was perfect.

Fantastic stay at Glansit

Pros: The room and all the available facilities I had was absolutely spotless. I did book a double room which comes with its own little room which did give more privacy. The location of the property was only a couple minutes walk from the train station which is optimum for travel! Free coffee and tea is a nice bonus!

Cons: The blankets could have been better but overall was good.

Very comfortable and safe with nice facilities.

Pros: Great location in Tokyo with safe streets to access the trains etc. The cubicle was spacious and comfortable. locker was a good size for my 50L backpack to fit. The hot bath was a nice addition. The powder room etc was nicely stocked. i liked the small common room with the free hot and cold drinks machine.

Cons: The check in is not that flexible unless you book direct. I had the breakfast included which was nice on one day but the next day they had ran out of the set breakfast - they did let me choose some items to the same value but it wasn't as good. The guests here just didn't abide by the request to keep quiet in the capsule room so I was disturbed on numerous occassions.

Just perfect, I will come back!

Pros: Very comfortable bed, spotless clean capsule and bathroom with onsen, nice common area with free coffee!

Pros: Different and Unique way of staying overnight, place was clean, staff friendly and the bathroom was heaven.

Cons: That we had to leave but will definitely be back again.

Great staff and location

Pros: The staffs were super helpful and amazing. They can explain in English and of course in Japanese too. The washing machine was great. The onsen is great too

Cons: The fact that there is no private washroom. The onsen is great and all but some still prefer a private washroom. Many girls avoided going to the onsen when there was another girl there. It also tiring to go to another floor in the middle of the night just to get to the bathroom.
