Pros: A very comfortable place to stay in a neighborhood that is not crowded with tourists. Nice restaurants and bars around. The hotel also has a spa, very clean and well taken care of.

Great location, capable and friendly staff, women friendly capsule hotel!
Pros: Very helpful staff, and spoke english at basic level. We also spoke little bit of basic japanese, so communication worked well. Breakfast was offered as a freebie service, from AM6-8:30. You can choose one dish: curry, furikake-rice or noodles. Luggage can be left to storage before cheking in and after cheking out. Womens floor was nice and quiet, some long black hairs and little dust in common areas, but the sleeping capsules were clean and comfortable. Little bit of wear and tear also in the interiors, but nothing to feel icky about. We and my husband went to wash up in outside bathhouses so no comment on the showers (women) or the inhouse bath (men only).
Cons: The common room in floor 2 for both men and women smelled really badly of ciqarettes, really awful, made both of us tear-eyed from the smell. Little smell also in the elevator when passing smelly areas. Good thing is womens and mens sleeping floors did not smell of ciqarettes.

Pros: It was very clean and the staff was very nice, ladies rooms were on a separate floor and there were lot of mangas to read. Location was also great, very close from the station

Pros: The capsule was very comfy and luxurious and felt clean.The staff was very accommodating and very friendly.
Cons: The bathouse felt grimy, especially inside the hot and cold pools. Definitely needs a pressure wash. Also, it didnt apply to me as a man, but i realized that the bath and sauna was only accessible to men which isn’t fair to the ladies.

Pros: Bed was comfy, they give you a bag with amenities and pajama every night
Cons: Lockers are too small. And people opening their bags making noise at 4am, you can hear everything.

Wonderful experience for staying in a capsule room at the first time
Pros: The amenities was classy, complete and hygene. We could get hot & cold drinking water anytime, and also we could use some home appliances such as washing machine, microwave, and drying machine
Cons: The locker room was small, unable to accommodate big luggage when unpacking the luggage and relocate to the locker cabinet. There's no spa room available for women, we're very disappointed because it's unwritten on the apps information. The curtain at one of our capsule room was hooked hardly because there's a little damage on it

Pros: Very clean and very nice workers. The other women were very respectful. everyone tried to be quite in the sleeping area, but the isolation between beds is not good so bring some earplugs! very nice Spa, but sadly only usable from 12-6 pm. would be much better if it could be used in the evening. The hotel is very close to the station and one can find good restaurants and combinies. There are shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer and straightener and even a massage chair free to use. The best capsule hotel I had so far.
Cons: spa only in the daytime from 12-6 pm. Not the best noise isolation.

Clean, Silent and comfy
Pros: it has been a pleasurable stay for one night. The people at the reception were super kind even if my Japanese wasn’t really fluent and nether good, they tried their best to help us for anything! The neighbour is really cool and so Japanese style, I loved every corner and it’s a quiet area. There is also a FamilyMarket near by the capsule hotel where you can take away food and hit it up and eat on the second floor of the hotel 👌🏼 really lovely
Cons: The capsule were really hot inside unfortunately 🥲
