nice location but a small room

Pros: the hotel is in the best location it's very close to ueno park , ameyoko market , keisei skyline ueno station

Cons: a little locker , small room , small living room ( just only 3 chairs) and the internet not quite fast

It is like to be on a nice train

Pros: Very good location, near Ueno Park and a street with a lot of life. Automatic check-in procedure with face recognition. Good quality price relation during the week. Clean facilities

Cons: The space it is very narrow, it is like to be on a train. One hallway with capsule beds on the right and facilities on the left. Mattresses are really thin and not really comfortable. It would be very easy to fix this issues by adding an extra mattress under.

Pros: Great accommodation and great staff and location is perfect

Pros: Price is affordable. The location is convenient. You get what you paid.

Pros: The staff was very responsive. They replied immediately and gave me access to the hostel in order to drop my luggage before check in. Check in by table, remembers your face, no need for keys or codes!

Cons: The capsules/beds where fine, but the corridors where narrow...

Pros: 地理位置优越，很干净，自助服务，店家提前把资料发到手机上。把床号和大门密码贴在门口的小黑板上。会再次入住。

Cons: 有欧美国家的客人能打开密码进屋。但他们似乎没有提前得到床号。后来发邮件打电话费了很多劲。希望换位思考，因为没有工作人员，那么细节上不要给客人留下麻烦。

Pros: excelent location, do not expect more than a place to sleep, if that is what you want its perfect.

Cons: the check in ipad didnt work, they left a note but didnt see it

Pros: 上野駅と御徒町駅と上野広小路駅にとても近いのがいいです 手配されたベッドの場所がAエリアでかなり快適に過ごせました 2席ばかりの共有エリアもいつも空いてたので有り難く使わせていただきました ハンガーレールの下に置いてある大きいクッションは満席だった時使って下さいという物だと思います

Cons: 3階までエレベーター無いこと- 荷物沢山ある時は大変です ウォーターサーバーか自販機の設置、もしくは有料アメニティにペットボトルの水追加して欲しいです すぐ近くにコンビニはあります しかし私ならわざわざ外着に着替えて階段降りるより宿の中でドリンクを販売していればそれを買います

Clean, quiet and ideal for anyone without luggage constraints

Pros: Clean and functional space to sleep. Capsule was comfortable. Space was quiet. Travelled without luggage, which made the experience much better.

良客には良スタッフ、悪客には悪スタッフになるだろう。悪さを考えてる輩は来るな。

Pros: 側に居た客が自作自演の窃盗事件を起こし警察スタッフで対処 こうゆうトラブル初だったが毅然と規則違反契約解除と厳格に対応して退去させた。 スタッフの対応良かった。
