Pleasant and enjoyable.

Pros: Staff were incredibly friendly, and helped me check in with ease. Bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel is located barely a two minute walk from Asakusabashi station.

Cons: Nothing! I liked it all.

A comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service and a perfect location

Pros: Shout-out to Mr Ishikawa from the reception for his outstanding service. We almost lost our passport at the airport, and he kindly helped us contact the lost-and-found service at Narita Airport, thanks to him, we were able to get it back. He was also very helpful with any information we needed during our stay. The room was small, as expected in Tokyo, but perfectly sufficient for the two of us. We had all the amenities and toiletries provided, which was very convenient. Overall, the hotel location was perfect, close to restaurants, convenience stores, and the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The location is excellent, easily accessible from train station. Walking distance to sensoj temple.nearby has many nice and quality restaurants. It is a very nice neighborhood. Strongly recommend this hotel.
