Wonderful place

Pros: I’m so happy during stay in place. Very convenient for traveling, shopping, food and walking distance to train station. 10/10 for cleaning. We love the Nexflix . Wonderful customer service. We loved staying in this place again in future. 😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Pros: Location is perfect for family. Not too busy but not too dull. Close to amenities, plenty of convenience stores nearby and a short walking distance to Tokyo Station, if you want to

Cons: The size is ok for our 5 nights family of four but can be a bit cramped with luggage however this is normal, and in Japan you are expected to travel light.

Great place to stay

Pros: Good quality matress, pillows, towels and electronics. Owner has spent money on quality to ensure it’s a really nice place to stay.

Cons: We where on the 4th floor and there is no lift so had to make 4 trips up the stairs with all our suit cases as we are a family of 4

Pros: Great location, easy to get to sights from various metro stations & close to Tokyo Central for trips in and onwards. Great coffee across the way & various easy shopping options.Spacious and great for a family of four in a Family Room with space to unpack.

Cons: The Standard Family Room was much smaller and cramped.

AMAZING GREAT STAY IN CENTRAL TOKYO!

Pros: It was enough for 4 adults, and having a separate toilet bowl from the shower area was a plus point. The beds were comfortable and there was even a living area for us to lounge at. Another plus point was the washing machine cum dryer in the toilet. It was only a short walk from Ogawamachi Station. Many convenience stores and pharmacies in the vicinity as well! It was a short 25mins walk to Akihabara, and 22mins walk to Tokyo Station. So everywhere was easily accessible.

Cons: Only downside would be the absence of a lift. Carrying the luggage up and down the narrow stairs proved to be challenging but can still be done slowly.

Pros: The location was great 10 minute walk to Kanda Station which allowed you to go everywhere. Quite area. Plenty of places to eat.

Cons: The bath towels were very thin.

Pros: The apartment was well planned out and was very clean. It was visually pleasing.

Cons: Their is no soundproofing on the windows - which meant that you heard all the traffic noise, which was a problem for sleep each night throughout our stay

Excellent accom!

Pros: Great location! Lots of amenities close by with the mall and also for many train stations either subway or JR. Game console set up was great for the kids to have downtime after busy days on foot!

Cons: Steps are steep and no elevator so be prepared to carry up your bags. Room set ups are unique but very functional.
