Pros: good location, a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood, the room size is quite ok, very clean
Cons: breakfast is not included in the price. 10 000 yen per day if you eat in the cafe on the ground floor. There are better options nearby.

Very good hotel for the price!
Pros: Staff is great! Helped me with everything and answered questions fast over this app. I arrived one day later without any problems, they fixed my room card in advance and everything!!! Location is great!! Two stops away from shinjuku with the subway, and 4-5 to Shibuya. It's a busy business neighborhood that is filling up restaurants quickly! Make sure to book tables at restaurants in advance if you're two or more people. The breakfast is western and good, located at a cafe that is connected to the hotel.
Cons: The laundry service was a bit complicated with a list and bags that you had to fill up.

Great Hotel - We Have Already Booked Another Stay Here!
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean room. And the complementary items in the lobby were great. We didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. One detail that isn't often mentioned is that the color temperature of the lighting was nice and warm, 3000k if I had to guess, and the lights can all be turned off from a control panel by the bed, with a dimmer for one of the lights. We liked this place so much that we have booked another three nights for our final days in Jimbocho.
Cons: If I had to complain about something, the room was a little hot, we cracked the window to resolve this. And there is a mini split AC that can be turned on as well, but in January it feels weird to open windows or run an air conditioner to cool down a room.

Fantastic , my palce to stay in Tokyo everytime
Pros: Fantastic location, not only for access to popular tourist attractions, but the area it self it's absolutly great :) plenty of shops with fancy staff ( for geeks, but not only ), plenty of nice, cheap restaurants, definitely stay again when I'm back to Tokyo :))
Cons: very minor inconvenience (especially for this price in this location ) is no wardrobe or any kind of clothes storage

Nice hotel!
Pros: We stayed just one night at this hotel. The location is amazing, but the rooms are really smallโwhich is pretty common for this type of hotel in Tokyo. The staff was super kind; they even left us a handwritten, personalized note wishing us a great honeymoon trip around Japan. That little detail made it all worth it.

Pros: Excellent location and value for money.. I loved this part of Tokyo and would stay again. It's about 10 minutes walk from 3 different train lines, so super convenient to get around on JR or subway. Excellent restaurants around here too! Also full of ski shops!
Cons: Very small entrance and lobby which is packed FULL of luggage. A bit noisy with nightlife outside till late. But maybe that's a good thing about this part of Tokyo ?

Pros: Excellent location in the very nice neighbourhood of Jimbocho, due to the central location (and three subway lines) also a great starting point for exploring the rest of Tokyo. Friendly and competent staff, nice and quiet room, good shower, good wifi, good value for money.
Cons: No breakfast at the hotel, but that was not a big issue, as there are at least two breakfast options with a minute walk of the hotel. Several konbinis nearby as well. I found the bed (the duvet) a bit too warm.

Pros: Perfect location and neighbourhood. Restaurants, seven-eleven nearby. There is also good thai massage place in that street which is good after walking a lot in Tokyo :) Staff was really friendly and helpful. Hotel provides cables to charge phones for foreigners, as adapters are different than Europe in Japan, and that is very thoughtful act.
