Spacious luxe comfort for independent travellers

Pros: Lovely quiet location away from main roads but close to train station. Exceptionally spacious rooms for Tokyo with area for lounging, desk, cabinet with tea/coffee/mini fridge/ice machine. Beautiful Japanese themed decor and thoughtful design touches made the rooms fell quite luxe. Beds were large and comfy with conveniently located bedside lighting controls. Large bathroom with bespoke type round ceramic tub and multifunction shower in the shower/bath room, separate washlet toilet, double basins. Plenty of amenities provided. 2F had a “Refresh room” with washing machine for guest use and a library providing lounge chairs, books and free snacks/drinks. Very little interaction with staff apart from reception. Onsite restaurant only open for lunch and some dinners. Perfect stay for independent travellers who don’t require onsite facilities.

Cons: We were not allowed to use the Refresh room or library after check out when we had a late departure. Luggage storage was ok though

Pros: A real hidden gem and one of the best first stays we've had. Everything was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location is ideally situated in a very quiet neighborhood while still being conveniently close to stations. The bathroom and amenities were excellent, and the beds were as comfy as ever. We also appreciated having access to a free, accessible laundry room. We highly recommend this beautiful place to stay.

Cons: Unfortunately, this stay does not offer luggage transfer, which would have been very helpful.

The Most Serene Vibe in Tokyo

Pros: This was easily the most beautiful and tranquil accommodation we experienced during our time in Japan. Such a gorgeous hotel! The overall vibe is relaxing, the decor is tasteful, and the suites are large with exquisite fittings and lighting. Within walking distance of several metro stations, Akihabara, Jimbocho, numerous restaurants and cafes, we will certainly stay again. Staff are approachable and helpful, very friendly and welcoming. There’s a library and a restful room so you can chill in places other than your beautiful suite if you so desire. Honestly, just perfect.

Cons: Everything was great!

This hotel doesn’t disappoint.

Pros: This was our second visit and apart from a slightly disappointing welcome, the hotel lived up to our expectations. The room was great, the facilities are very good and it was all we needed.

Cons: Apart from a slightly grumpy manager when we checked in, everything was fine.

Pros: An oasis in the middle of Tokyo. Spacious and peaceful with beautiful decor. Comfortable beds and amazing bathroom. The library was a good space to work in. Friendly check-in staff.

Cons: It has exceeded expectations and ruined our ability to enjoy other hotels as much. Would have liked options for Japanese breakfast or even kaiseki to complete the experience but understand this is not a traditional ryokan.

Spacious accommodation in Tokyo

Pros: It is small boutique hotel and very spacious for a Tokyo hotel. Clean and has a nice bathtub. It also has a library with free snacks and a washing machine that is free to use.

Cons: It is located in an office district and is on the quieter side but it suited our need for a quiet resting place.

Pros: Fantastic, hotel in a really quiet part of Tokyo that was still relatively close to transport. Our room was fantastic and the service was great.
