Pros: Staff was really kind. The traditional Japanese room was a nice experience. The onsen or big bath was really nice.

Cons: The breakfast, while good, can be a bit limited in options.

Awesome hotel in an awesome location

Pros: A great hotel within easy access to multiple subway lines. The quiet yet central location is perfect for a longer stay in Tokyo. The hotel itself is comfy, clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty and the in-house onsen was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend staying here!!

A really lovely stay, at a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff!

Pros: Wonderfully equipped property, with the most helpful and friendly staff. stayed in a Japanese twin style room which we absolutely loved. Onsen and massage chairs were great and really appreciated after long days. Breakfast was a delight, very tasty and set us up for the day ahead! We can’t really fault this hotel at all - undoubtably the best hotel of our Japan trip so far!

Cons: I have nothing bad to say about this stay.

Pros: I loved the stay in this hotel, all the staff were so nice and polite. They provided us great service, when we did early check-in they moved our luggages to our room for us. The rooms are really cute, it was a comfortable Japanese ryokan-style room. I loved the experience of the spa and included breakfast, if you want to experience a real authentic stay definitely recommend!

Cons: The train line to the closest station (Ochanomizu station) sometimes finishes earlier around 10-11, so you have to get off somewhere else and walk 20-30minutes if it gets late.

Very comfortable stay in great location with fantastic staff.

Pros: Fantastic staff and in a great location, easy access to the local area and the Tokyo metro/JR rail network. Rooms while small are very comfortable and the staff can provide additional sleeping mats if needed. Traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a great stay!

Pros: Loved staying in a traditional Japanese. Loved the hot bath before bed. Appreciated the free umbrellas due to the heavy rain. Enjoyed traditional breakfast.
