Happy withbmy choice

Pros: A comfortable hotel, with everything i needed, in a perfect location.

Cons: They had a choice of pillows, but they were all a type with pellets inside. Maybe add some with just foam or feather like fill.

fine for the price

Pros: rooms are small but adequate and very clean. The hotel is sandwiched between two other buildings so there is no outlook whatsoever.

Cons: no butter for breakfast - only margarine - that's a small thing but really easy to fix without a lot of extra expense to the hotel as it is only the more limited number of western guests who prefer the bread/croissant on offer

Great Accommodation

Pros: Good room, with sofa and a queen size bed, good separate toilet and shower room. Great location to take the monorail to Haneda Airport, very close to South Gate.

Cons: The staff should speak English a little bit better.

solid option with easy access to monorail, yamanote and metro

Pros: staff was really friendly and attentive at reception and breakfast room liked the separate toilet and shower/bath extremely close to the monorail which is reachable via escalator

Cons: room is extremely small and as the vanity is in the room itself there is even less space, not sure how two people are supposed to manage not the hotels fault but as it’s a business district there is not much around

A practical, comfortable stay

Pros: I wanted a direct route to Haneda Airport and this was perfect. The separate toilet and shower area was great, the staff was lovely, and the Yoshinoya just a couple of doors down was a bonus.

Cons: There's nothing I didn't like about my room. Sure, I would have appreciated a bit more space but it's a business traveller's hotel in Tokyo, so the cramped quarters were expected.

Pros: The hotel was really comfortable, clean, in quiet neighborhood but close to the train station and good connection to all the major places in Tokyo and eazy connection to haneda airport.

Cons: Was a bit misunderstanding about the language transfer but it worked out well eventually.
