A great landing pad when arriving in Tokyo from Narita airport!

Pros: Our flight was scheduled to arrive at Narita airport in the evening so I booked a hotel as close as possible to the Tokyo Train station. And it was so easy to find, such a short, direct walk and a big sign! Once we got inside, we were greeted warmly, and our room was clean and set out with items to make our stay more comfortable like toothbrushes, pyjamas, slippers and water. We came to understand during our time in Japan that this is common, but we appreciated it all the same!

Convenient location

Pros: The property was clean and located a short walk from Tokyo station which was convenient for our day trips and sight seeing. There were free drinks and snacks in the dining room and the space was fabulous for when we felt like dining in. There are so many great food options at the station.

Cons: Our family of 4 slept in the one room for 5 nights. We probably needed more space for this period of time. Perhaps 2 nights wouldve been ok.

Perfect location for short stay in Tokyo.

Pros: Great location. Amazing shower 😛 Excellent facilities including common room with complimentary food, drinks, microwave etc and a play area for kids.

Cons: The pillow was so small it was funny! Lucky we travel with our own.

Excellent hotel close to Tokyo Station

Pros: Very close to Tokyo Station (good for Narita Express). Exit from Yaesu Central and walk 5-7min straight down the road, or use the underground tunnels and exit from Exit 23. Great to have a super quiet washing machine & dryer combo in the quad room (only family of 3 sharing the room so there was extra space). Nearby cafes if you want to snack but the Tokyo Station offers great range of restaurants (most open at 10-11am). Comfy beds, ok pillows (but be aware, both are firm, which we don’t mind). Amazing shower head! Separate toilet room and shower room. Amenities available at reception - including hand warmers for Tokyo winter chill. Excellent hotel, very highly recommended at great price.

Cons: Would like larger coffee/tea mugs in the room please. The small cups don’t allow for a satisfying cup of tea!
