Great location. Great staff

Pros: Great location, convenient for Tokyo Station and Ginza line. Very clean with great staff. Nice on-site restaurant and cafe. Room wax good - maybe would have been a bit small for 2 people though.

A quiet centre close to Tokyo station .

Pros: Location was good A more detailed information on how to reach hotel on foot from Tokyo station was lacking.The name of Hotel was not displayed well .

Pros: Great location for a one night stay over to catch the train out the next day. Breakfast was great. Made to order omelet, lots of Japanese as well as western selections. Good location for lots of easy dinner choices.

It was a brief stay but conveniently located and nice - very friendly staff and clean hotel.

Pros: Location was great because we needed to go to the train station after our stay. Room/hotel was very clean and nice. All the staff were really great both at reception and breakfast. Breakfast choices were plentiful and tasty.

Cons: Rooms were a bit tiny, but we are just used to more space from staying in US hotels. It was expensive but seemingly inline with similar options in Tokyo.

Pros: The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is quite clean and the rooms are both nice and nicely spaced. Very close to the station.

Great location, clean, and nice rooms.

Pros: The location of the hotel was great, just a couple of blocks away from the Tokyo Station. The rooms were a good size for a central Tokyo hotel. The staff was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to any waiting a clean and well located hotel.

Cons: I wish that the staff had recommendations for restaurants.

Pros: personnel très intentionné et collaborantes ;près de la gare et si beau quartier (Ginza);tout est si cher mais on s'accomode de la petite chambre vu les avantages géographiques

Cons: la petitesse des chambres
